NorthEast Biogas offers a turnkey solution for development of anaerobic digester projects. We handle all aspects of:

• Design and Feasibility studies

  • NorthEast Biogas offers site survey and selection studies which will also qualify the quality and availability of input substrates.

• Project Finance

  • NorthEast Biogas has a number of equity and debt partners who are able to provide many alternate financing structures to match individual project requirements

• Applications for State and Federal Incentives

  • NorthEast Biogas will handle grant writing and applications, selection of relevant incentives, coordination of claims and cost reimbursements

• Permitting

  • NorthEast Biogas handles all elements of the permit process using experienced, licensed engineers

• Manufacture and Construction of digester (including site engineering)

  • NorthEast Biogas offers a complete solution which includes the design, manufacture and construction of our digester projects. All aspects of the on-site construction are carried out or managed by NorthEast Biogas and our partners.

• Substrate supplies

  • NorthEast Biogas is able to identify, locate and manage the supply of suitable input substrates.

• Start-up and commissioning of digester and gen-set

  • NorthEast Biogas will monitor the filling and start up of the digester and the commissioning of the gen-set. We offer an operation and service package for the continued operation and service to ensure biogas yields are maximized.

Ownership and operations models

NorthEasr Biogas offers a variety of customized models for ownership and participation in digester projects. We are able to structure our projects to accommodate the current and future wishes of our project partners and can offer:

• Ownership Models

  • Build, Own, Operate (BOO) model with an appropriate participation from single or multiple investors
  • Build, Own, Operate, Transfer (BOOT) model which allows for increasing participation and future ownership by investors
  • Any combination of structured debt / equity ownership
